PLM Project Manager

ITC Infotech is looking for PLM Project Manager to join our team in United States remotely.

Role Summary

In this role, you will have the chance to work with some of the largest and most respected companies in the world, across many industries, including High Tech, Industrial Products, Electronics, and Med Tech. You will lead client-facing consulting teams to help customers bridge the gap between the technology of today and the world of tomorrow.

Your team will consist of a global team of Architects and Consultants, working on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects. You will also work closely with the extended ITC Infotech team, including Executive Leadership, Workforce Management and Operations to ensure that proper alignment of scope, resource pools, and financial targets are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage one or more projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope.
• Coordinate project resources and activities for the execution of projects
• Communicate project status regularly to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks. Drive resolution of issues, escalating as needed.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migrations from on-premises or legacy platforms to SaaS-based environments, including data migration, system integration, validation, and change management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of handling and safeguarding ITAR-controlled technical data and products, ensuring compliance with U.S. export control regulations throughout PLM processes, system integrations, data migrations, and user access management.
• Strong leadership and high degree of comfort managing and motivating global teams
• Consulting acumen and thought leadership, leading discussions with the customer to drive the right outcomes
• Experience planning and managing project schedules and tracking budgets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively identify and manage risk
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint) and other project management software (JIRA, etc)
• Detail oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of Project Management experience
• Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong working knowledge of project management industry standards (PMI) and methodologies.
