Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that support employee growth, performance, and organizational success. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, creating engaging instructional content, facilitating training programs, and evaluating learning effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others learn.

Microsoft PowerPoint and
SharePoint is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Curriculum Development
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, curricula, and learning paths.
- Create instructional materials including presentations, participant guides, job aids, assessments, and reference documentation.
- Develop engaging e-learning content and multimedia learning resources.
Instructional Design
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective training solutions.
- Ensure content is clear, engaging, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- Customize training materials to accommodate various audiences, skill levels, and learning styles.
Training Delivery
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, virtual platforms, self-paced learning, and on-the-job training.
- Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to participants and stakeholders.
Assessment & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and administer assessments to measure learner comprehension and program effectiveness.
- Collect, analyze, and incorporate learner and stakeholder feedback to improve training programs.
- Monitor learner progress and performance, recommending enhancements when needed.
Learning Technology & Administration
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools to assign, track, and report on training activities.
- Leverage SharePoint and PowerPoint to create, organize, and maintain training resources and communications.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and evaluation results.
- Manage training materials, resources, and scheduling logistics.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure training materials and programs comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Support compliance-related training initiatives and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience designing and developing training programs, curricula, and instructional materials.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
- Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Experience creating multimedia and digital learning content.
- Familiarity with training analytics, assessments, and learning effectiveness measurement.
