Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Architect with strong expertise in Confluent Kafka and Apache Flink. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, event-driven architectures and support real-time data integration across enterprise systems. This role requires deep technical knowledge in streaming platforms, API integration, and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities

<>Integration Solution Architecture

Design end-to-end integration patterns including CDC Enterprise Bus Middleware APIM
Architect event-driven solutions using Kafka/Confluent, leveraging SMT, KSQLDB, and Apache Flink
Define API contracts and design APIM-based ingestion mechanisms for enterprise data flows

<>Confluent API Engineering (Flink)

Develop and manage Kafka producer/consumer configurations and topic administration
Implement CDC connectors (e.g., Debezium, SAP) for ERP and enterprise source systems
Design and support schema management and ingestion pipelines into data platforms (e.g., Bronze layer architectures)

<>Data Engineering (Kafka)

Implement transformation logic using SMT and KSQLDB on Kafka topics
Enhance mapping frameworks to support schema evolution (e.g., AP/AR/OA data models)
Develop and support Flink/Kafka Streams jobs for real-time data processing and enrichment

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka and Apache Flink
Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures
Knowledge of CDC tools and connectors such as Debezium
Experience with API integration and middleware architectures
Strong understanding of data streaming, transformation, and real-time processing
Familiarity with schema design and data ingestion frameworks
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
