Senior Integration Lead

job summary:

We are seeking a Senior Integration Lead to spearhead an enterprise-critical application separation and migration initiative within our R&D and Engineering domain. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the target-state integration architecture, analyzing legacy endpoints, and leading cross-functional teams through integration build, testing, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.

responsibilities:

• Conduct complete integration discovery, mapping data flows, authentication methods, protocols, and downstream dependencies across key R&D systems.
• Design and execute target-state migration strategies for APIs, middleware, SFTP file transfers, database links, and scheduled jobs.
• Partner with engineering, network, security, and enterprise platform teams (including SAP and PLM tools) to validate connectivity and resolve integration defects.
• Manage end-to-end SIT/UAT testing, cutover sequencing, production go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization support.

qualifications:

10-12 years of enterprise integration architecture, integration engineering, and middleware leadership experience.

Proven track record leading complex integration workstreams for large-scale application migrations, carve-outs, or corporate divestitures.

Deep technical background with REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, ETL, SFTP/MFT, JSON/XML/CSV formats, and SQL.

Strong understanding of API security, SSL certificates, service accounts, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior hands-on integration experience with engineering and enterprise tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Autodesk Vault, EcoSys, SAP).

Demonstrated capabilities in authoring clear technical design documents, cutover runbooks, and interface inventories.
