Project Manager / Business Analyst (Salesforce) – Full‐Time, India

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support and drive internal initiatives across our organization. This role blends structured project leadership with hands‐on business analysis, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration and process optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‐oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while partnering closely with cross‐functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage internal projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and actionable project plans.
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including configuration, user management, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data maintenance.
Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
Support change management activities including training, communication, and documentation.
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.
Ensure internal systems and processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent hands‐on experience).
3–6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Experience gathering requirements, creating documentation, and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‐paced environment.
Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Business Analyst certification or demonstrable BA experience within Salesforce projects.
Experience supporting internal corporate systems or cross‐departmental initiatives.
Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
Exposure to integration projects or multi‐system environments.
