RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Broomfield, CO that is seeking an IT Applications Administrator.
Summary:
This is a junior-level IT support and systems administration role focused on supporting the day-to-day operation of enterprise business applications. The IT Applications Administrator will serve as a front-line resource for employees by troubleshooting application issues, managing support tickets, provisioning and removing user access, and ensuring critical business systems remain functional and accessible.
Key responsibilities include user onboarding/offboarding, application account management, permissions administration, incident resolution, coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams, supporting software updates and testing, maintaining documentation, and assisting with compliance and audit activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ years of experience supporting business applications or SaaS platforms, working with ticketing systems, handling user access requests, and resolving software issues
* Experience with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Atlassian products, Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO, and identity management concepts is a plus
* Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are important, as the role works closely with employees across the organization
Overall, this position is a blend of application support, user access administration, help desk functions, and entry-level systems administration, with opportunities to grow into more advanced enterprise application management and IT operations responsibilities.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
