SAP Applications Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Applications Administrator in Broomfield, CO.

Overview:
Our client is seeking an SAP Application Administrator to support and maintain enterprise SAP applications. This individual will play a key role in day-to-day SAP operations, including user administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, security management, transport coordination, and application maintenance. The position works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure SAP systems remain stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support for SAP users, processes, and application issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and performance concerns
* Manage user accounts, security roles, and access requests
* Support transport management and change deployment activities
* Monitor system health, background jobs, interfaces, and overall performance
* Assist with upgrades, patches, and ongoing system maintenance
* Support SAP configuration changes and validate enhancements
* Partner with business and functional teams to improve processes and system capabilities
* Participate in audit, compliance, and documentation activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience
* 2+ years of SAP administration, application support, or technical operations experience
* 2+ years of SAP security, user administration, and authorization management experience
* Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments
* Understanding of SAP Basis administration and system monitoring
* Familiarity with transport management and change control processes
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP Fiori administration and support experience
* Experience supporting multiple SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Human Resources
* Experience with governance, compliance, risk, or automation tools
* Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management practices
* Strong ownership mentality with excellent problem-solving skills
* SAP certifications are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
