Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design, develop, customize, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, VB.NET, and related technologies to meet business and technical requirements.
Build and enhance reusable application frameworks, shared components, and software architecture to support scalable, maintainable, and reliable application development.
Develop responsive user interfaces and integrate front-end components with server-side services, databases, and application functionality using established development technologies.
Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver software enhancements, integrations, and application improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in senior-level full-stack development, building application frameworks, and developing enterprise software using .NET technologies, front-end frameworks, and relational databases.
Technical Skills:
.NET Framework, .NET Core, C#.NET, VB.NET, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, Oracle/SQL
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise application development involving business workflows, operational processes, and data-driven software solutions.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
Experience translating business and technical requirements into reusable application frameworks, integrated software components, and scalable enterprise solutions.
Experience collaborating with project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver and maintain enterprise applications across the software development lifecycle.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing and deploying applications using Microsoft Azure and Azure Container Apps.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-based application design.
Strong technical problem-solving, software design, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
