Job Description SummaryThis role is responsible for performing hands-on maintenance and repair work across multiple commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial HVAC systems, general building maintenance, and must possess a valid driver's license to travel between sites.
Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
- Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Travel between multiple sites using a company-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS- Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license (commercial license may be required) and good driving record with periodic checks
- Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
- May be only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and/or stand-by on-call duties
WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The compensation for the position is: $34.00 - $40.00
