Release Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application and infrastructure release lifecycle.

• Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, Go/No-Go meetings, and production releases.

• Lead CAB meetings and ensure compliance with ITIL Change Management processes.

• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams for successful releases.

• Identify and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and production issues.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.

• Track release metrics, prepare status reports, and drive continuous process improvements.      

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Release Management.

• Strong experience withServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and Change Management.

• Knowledge ofCI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

• Experience in theInsurance domain is highly preferred.

• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
