Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Release Manager with strong experience in Salesforce deployments, Git, SFDX/Salesforce CLI, CI/CD, and release governance. The candidate will manage Salesforce releases, deployment schedules, branching strategies, and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Salesforce release calendar and deployment schedule.
Manage Git branching, merging, and version control strategies.
Execute Salesforce deployments using SFDX/Salesforce CLI.
Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments.
Oversee production releases and troubleshoot deployment issues.
Maintain deployment documentation, audit records, and rollback plans.
Coordinate with Salesforce developers, QA, architects, and business teams.
Ensure releases follow governance, quality, and approval processes.
