Entry/Mid-LevelPosition SummaryProvide on-site technical support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring production and office systems remain operational. Support desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and manufacturing hardware while minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals throughout the manufacturing plant.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10 workstations and production-line computers.
- Support end users with computers, phones, printers, and mobile RF devices.
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting for desktops, printers, network devices, and servers.
- Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Re-image and deploy computers as required.
- Support industrial printers and manufacturing-related technology.
- Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and e-waste processes.
- Perform additional technical duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications- Experience supporting production/manufacturing environments preferred.
- Basic understanding of routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Ability to maintain uptime of critical production systems.
- Willingness to complete ladder safety training.
Physical Requirements- Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
- Climb ladders up to 20-25 feet to access wireless access points and infrastructure.
- Navigate catwalks and mezzanines while carrying replacement hardware and equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
