Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with a National Retail Chain located in Cedar Park, TX. The Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions Analyst supports the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud applications across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, Demand Planning, and S&OP. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, resolve production issues, support releases, and improve business processes.
Responsibilities: - Implement, configure, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Finance and Supply Chain
- Support key modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, WMS, and Supply Chain Planning
- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and their integration with Finance and Supply Chain
- Provide production support, application administration, security/access support, and issue resolution
- Configure and optimize Oracle Demand Management, Planning Central, Demand Plans, and S&OP Plans
- Support forecasting, supply planning, planning hierarchies, forecast profiles, measures, and S&OP processes
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, and solution designs
- Support data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and interface troubleshooting
- Support Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, patches, impact assessments, testing, and deployments
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, interfaces, processes, and controls
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 5 years of relevant Oracle ERP/SCM experience, with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
- Strong functional understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes, including P2P and O2C
- Experience with Oracle Fusion modules across Finance and SCM, including GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning
- Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Oracle database concepts
- Experience with end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements, design, configuration/development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Desired skills: - Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in Finance, SCM, Planning, or related modules
- Experience with Oracle Demand Management, Planning Central, and/or S&OP
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation or coexistence environments
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or other complex supply chain environments
Pay Range: $100,000 - $200,000 per year
