We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support Product and Engineering teams by driving Agile best practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of business and product objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Managers to manage and prioritize backlogs, define user stories, and align sprint goals with roadmaps.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and help teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Track and communicate delivery metrics, team performance, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between Product, Engineering, and business teams to ensure successful execution and value delivery.
- Drive Agile adoption and process improvements across multiple teams.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead in technology and/or product development environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management teams on roadmap execution and delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ServiceNow and/or Remedy.
- CSP, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certifications.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Teams.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $73.00 - $80.00/hr.
