We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician opportunity with a leading manufacturer of advanced industrial profiling and cutting equipment.
This is a hands-on, highly mobile field position for a technically strong professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex machinery, traveling to customer facilities, and taking ownership of their work. The position offers extensive technical training, strong earning potential, significant autonomy, and a structured 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off schedule.
This is a nearly 100% travel position. When you're on rotation, you should expect to spend the vast majority of your time traveling to and working at customer facilities across the country, with occasional international travel as needed.

Job Details
Travel extensively to customer facilities to install, commission, troubleshoot, and service advanced industrial profiling equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, CNC, and automation-related issues.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and equipment repairs.
Troubleshoot machine controls, motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and other automation components.
Support plasma, oxy-fuel, and other industrial cutting technologies.
Perform machine calibration, alignment, testing, and commissioning.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Provide on-site technical support and training to machine operators and maintenance personnel.
Work directly with customers to identify equipment issues and recommend effective solutions.
Document service calls, repairs, parts requirements, and machine performance.
Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and parts teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Assist with machine upgrades, retrofits, software updates, and equipment modifications.
Represent the company professionally while working at customer facilities.
