Genesis10 is currently seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Specialist for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role focuses on the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). The ideal candidate will possess broad IT infrastructure knowledge and strong project management skills to manage vendor integrations, improve processes, and implement data reconciliation.
Responsibilities: - Partner with and manage vendor integrations, process reviews, and improvements
- Implement data reconciliation processes comparing JSON datasets
- Develop data analysis solutions to automate application to server relationship CI discovery
- Analyze data for in-scope applications and servers by interviewing application owners using SQL and advanced Excel
- Develop business requirements documents for projects to ensure compliance with regulations
- Work with customers and vendors to set up new data feeds or new discovery with translation to the CMDB
Requirements: - Experience with ServiceNow CMDB
- Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Broad IT Infrastructure knowledge
- Strong Project / Program Management skills
- Highly organized self-starter
Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
