Job Title: Platform Architect
Job Location: Charlotte NC
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience defining and delivering how engineering teams consume platform capabilities through intuitive self-service developer workflows.
- Expertise in architecture design and implementation of developer-facing platform experiences.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Python.
- Experience building scalable backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Ability to define how developers consume CI/CD automation, infrastructure, and platform services.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect developer workflows, self-service capabilities, and platform integration patterns.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Python.
- Build scalable backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Define how developers consume CI/CD automation, infrastructure, and platform services.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from architecture and design through implementation and adoption.
- Develop reference architectures, reusable patterns, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Guide engineering teams on best practices and promote platform adoption across the organization.
- Create technical documentation and conduct enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours.
