Job Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex Systems Quality Assurance initiatives supporting a large-scale testing transformation effort within Commercial Banking. This role requires a unique combination of test automation expertise and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
The successful candidate will support the design, execution, automation, and validation of testing activities while partnering closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance teams to improve testing coverage and support modernization initiatives.
This position is ideal for a testing professional who can effectively bridge both technical automation testing and business-focused UAT activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Test Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Identify opportunities to automate existing manual testing processes
- Improve automation coverage across applications and platforms
- Support ongoing testing transformation initiatives
- Maintain and optimize existing automated testing solutions
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Perform end-to-end UAT planning and execution
- Validate business requirements and expected outcomes
- Develop and execute UAT test cases and scenarios
- Partner with business stakeholders during testing activities
- Document test results and business validation outcomes
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Execute manual and automated test cases
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into test scenarios
- Perform comprehensive application validation activities
- Support software development lifecycle testing efforts
- Manage test defects, remediation efforts, and retesting activities
Defect & Test Management
- Track defects and testing results
- Support root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Maintain testing documentation and reporting
- Monitor testing progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
Collaboration
- Partner with:
