Role Overview
We are seeking a C# /.NET Software Engineer responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining regulatory reporting applications for Enterprise Stress Testing Technology. This role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs. The software engineer will collaborate with business partners to define system application requirements and is expected to be a subject matter expert with a proven history of in-depth, hands-on software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, modify, and maintain applications.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
- Provide support for corporate systems architecture activities.
- Work with business partners to define requirements for system applications.
- Operate as an individual contributor and content expert.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in C# .NET development, focusing on new projects or significant feature enhancements. A minimum of three years of recent experience with ASP.Net is required. This position typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Technical Skills:- A minimum of four years of experience building Web Applications using CSS, HTML, ASP.Net, and Visual Studio.
- Experience with SQL Server 2014 or a more recent version.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with .Net Core.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau or MicroStrategy.
- Experience using REST Web Services and JSON.
- Experience in a SCRUM Agile environment.
- Experience working in a highly regulated and change-controlled environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of database design, development, and implementation.
- Intermediate knowledge of Blazor web design, development, and implementation.
- Intermediate knowledge of unit test frameworks like Selenium or xUnit.
