Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, modernize, and support enterprise applications. This role requires experience across the Microsoft .NET stack, modern UI development with Angular or React, Python skills, and SQL expertise. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with debugging skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
  • Build modern web UI components using Angular or React with TypeScript and responsive UI practices.
  • Develop and maintain Python utilities and services for automation, integrations, and scripting.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, and analyze query performance to resolve production issues.
  • Understand and support batch jobs and scheduled jobs for operational workflows.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and deployment automation tooling such as Ansible.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across UI, backend, batch, and database layers.
  • Contribute to solution design and architecture, producing maintainable and scalable approaches.
  • Collaborate within an Agile team, participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of software development experience with hands-on delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Experience in legacy ASP.NET and modern .NET Core.
  • Front-end experience with Angular or React.
  • Proficiency in Python for backend or automation use cases.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries and an understanding of query optimization.
  • Experience supporting batch job processing or schedulers and production support patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and deployment automation with Ansible.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with performance tuning for backend services and databases.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and production readiness practices.
  • Experience with microservices, containers, or cloud-native patterns.
  • Exposure to job schedulers such as Autosys or Airflow and large-scale batch environments.
