Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Brevard Office)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade applications across backend services, workflow automation, frontend development, and large-scale data processing environments. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, cloud-native solutions that support business-critical initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience across the Microsoft technology stack, modern Angular development, Spark-based data engineering, and containerized application deployment. You are a problem solver who enjoys working on complex technical challenges while partnering effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.
What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C#, .NET 6/7+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and JBPM workflows.
  • Develop responsive and high-performing user interfaces using Angular 13+, TypeScript, and RxJS.
  • Build and optimize Spark-based ETL/ELT pipelines, including data transformations, data quality controls, and performance enhancements.
  • Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, and Karma.
  • Develop automated test scripts using Playwright and iCEDQ, utilizing Octane for test management and reporting.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy solutions on OpenShift (OCP) platforms.
  • Implement Kubernetes-based solutions, including deployments, services, secrets, configuration management, and scaling strategies.
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and YAML-based deployment pipelines.
  • Optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data-processing workflows for scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, business partners, and offshore resources to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
  • Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, performance tuning, security, and maintainability.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent experience gained through consulting, military service, training, or education.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with:
    • .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
    • Angular
    • REST API development
    • Apache Spark
    • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience developing enterprise-scale applications in a full stack environment.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, and object-oriented programming.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with OpenShift (OCP) and Kubernetes platforms.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns such as:
    • SOLID Principles
    • Dependency Injection (DI)
    • Mediator Pattern
    • Repository Pattern
    • Microservices and Modular Monolith Architectures
  • Experience with workflow management platforms such as JBPM.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including:
    • Azure App Service
    • Azure Key Vault
    • Azure Storage
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
