About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise applications across modern web, cloud, and data platforms. In this role, you will work across the full technology stack, developing scalable .NET services, Angular-based user experiences, Spark data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions deployed on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality, secure, and resilient applications that support critical business operations.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET 6/7+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and JBPM workflows.
- Build responsive and performant front-end applications using Angular 13+, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern UI architecture patterns.
- Develop, enhance, and optimize Spark-based ETL/ELT pipelines, including data transformation, validation, quality controls, and performance tuning.
- Write maintainable, testable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices and design principles.
- Create and maintain comprehensive automated tests using xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Playwright, and iCEDQ.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, YAML-based deployments, and automated quality controls.
- Optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data processing workflows for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, product partners, and offshore resources to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions that promote innovation and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise applications.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Angular
- REST API development
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Apache Spark
- Experience building and supporting distributed or cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and application architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and Docker containerization.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation.
- Familiarity with JBPM workflow development.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, including App Service, Key Vault, and Storage.
- Knowledge of microservices, modular monolith architectures, dependency injection, SOLID principles, Mediator patterns, and repository patterns.
- Experience working with data integration platforms such as Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Additional Information- On-site position located in Charlotte, NC.
- Standard schedule is approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with collaboration across offshore teams.
- This role partners with multiple engineering and business groups and requires strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Conversion to full-time employment is not currently anticipated.
