Office Operations Manager role as the individual gains familiarity with the company's business, financial, HR, and administrative processes.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on commuting considerations.

How You Will Make An Impact - Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of a professional services office while developing toward broader office management responsibility.
- Assist with employee timesheet processing, payroll administration, and related documentation.
- Coordinate employee benefits setup and renewals and assist employees with routine benefits-related questions.
- Support onboarding, employee administration, and other fundamental HR processes.
- Perform basic accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, invoicing, and purchasing-related administration.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
- Work closely with company leadership, account managers, and other stakeholders on contracts, proposals, client account setup, purchase orders, and project funding.
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors regarding purchasing, billing, invoicing, and administrative matters.
- Maintain organized business, financial, employee, and operational records while appropriately handling confidential information.
- Support commercial insurance, employee benefits, payroll, and other recurring business administration processes.
- Contribute to special projects and take on progressively broader office operations responsibilities as knowledge of the business grows.
Are You an Experienced Office Operations Professional Ready to Make an Impact? - Bring demonstrated administrative or office operations experience within a professional business environment, ideally at a mid-to-senior level.
- Have a track record of stable employment and meaningful tenure in prior positions.
- Possess working knowledge of accounting and general financial administration.
- Have hands-on exposure to payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial recordkeeping.
- Understand employee benefits administration, including areas such as 401(k) plans and health insurance.
- Bring basic HR knowledge with experience supporting onboarding or employee administration.
- Have familiarity with commercial insurance and general business operations.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and discretion.
- Communicate professionally and confidently by phone, email, and in person with employees, customers, vendors, and company leadership.
- Be comfortable working in a role where responsibilities span administration, accounting support, HR support, customer interaction, and business operations.
