Summary

Workfront administration in a large enterprise environment, ideally supporting thousands of users and multiple Group Admins.

Strong Workfront governance and system administration experience, including access controls, custom forms/fields, layouts, templates, user audits, cleanup, and technical debt reduction.
Advanced Workfront reporting and dashboards experience, especially custom reports, calculated fields, text mode, and executive-level dashboards.
Proven Tier 2 troubleshooting skills for complex Workfront issues involving configuration, workflows, permissions, access, and reporting.
Strong user onboarding, training, office hours, demos, and self-service enablement experience to improve platform adoption.
Experience with Workfront Planning and AI feature adoption/governance is highly valuable; Workfront Core Developer Professional Certification is strongly preferred.
