Qualifications:Requirements7+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program management, cyber resilience, disaster recoveryExperience working with cross-functional technical teams in a senior analyst or program-facing roleStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive accountability without direct authorityExperience developing metrics, status reporting, and executive-level communicationsCyber resilience, cyber recovery, disaster recovery, or business continuity program experienceExperience supporting infrastructure, storage, backup, virtualization, networking, or security initiativesExperience creating and maintaining operational, governance, recovery, or procedural documentationExperience supporting audits, assessments, compliance reviews, evidence collection, and remediation trackingBroad technical understanding of infrastructure, security, recovery, and application environmentsNice-to-Have Familiarity with cyber recovery environments, immutable backups, or resilience-focused architecturesExperience creating and maintaining operational, governance, recovery, or procedural documentationExperience with access governance, entitlement reviews, or audit evidence managementKnowledge of application inventories, asset management, dependency mapping, or architecture documentationExperience coordinating tabletop exercises, recovery testing, or readiness assessmentsPMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CBCP, or ITILJob Description: We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support our program and help ensure critical applications are properly documented, reviewed, protected, and recovery-ready. This role serves as a key liaison between application owners, infrastructure teams, security partners, and program leadership to coordinate annual reviews, recovery planning, testing exercises, audit support, governance activities, and program reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills with experience in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, governance, or technical program coordination. Success in this role requires the ability to drive accountability across multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and translate technical concepts into clear documentation, reporting, and actionable plans.
