Title: Tax Manager

Compensation:
Pay Range: $162,00-$180,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
• Located in the vibrant city of Charlotte, NC, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead tax-related activities.
• The role involves managing tax operations, ensuring compliance, and utilizing advanced technology systems.
• Ideal candidates will have a strong background in tax management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Utilize technology systems to enhance tax processes and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience in tax management, preferably in mutual fund and partnership tax.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Experience with large accounting firms preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced technology systems.
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail and coachability.
