StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a premier, rapidly expanding public accounting firm in the Greater Toronto Area to spearhead the search for an accomplished Senior Tax Manager. This high-impact leadership role is tailored for an ambitious tax specialist dedicated to advising private corporations, owner-operated enterprises, and affluent individuals.

The position offers a transparent, performance-driven trajectory toward becoming a Tax Principal or Partner within a brief 12-to-24-month window. Operating in a hybrid capacity, the successful candidate will work alongside seasoned industry leaders to influence the strategic direction of the practice while moving beyond traditional compliance into sophisticated advisory functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and execute complex corporate and personal tax planning strategies, including corporate reorganizations, wealth transition, estate planning, and business succession.

  • Champion personal and corporate tax compliance engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and superior quality.

  • Evaluate intricate tax filings and financial structures to uncover unique tax mitigation opportunities for a premium client portfolio.

  • Synthesize tax research to resolve multifaceted, ambiguous tax challenges for private businesses and high-net-worth stakeholders.

  • Maximize client satisfaction by serving as a primary, trusted advisor and fostering enduring professional relationships.

  • Cultivate the capabilities of internal talent by mentoring, coaching, and evaluating the deliverables of junior tax practitioners.

  • Drive business development initiatives and collaborative client engagements in tandem with executive partners.
