A large part of the role is managing technology lifecycle and obsolescence work. You'll partner closely with our Data and ServiceNow teams. We also want someone who uses AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot, every day to work faster, organize plans and produce clear materials for stakeholders.
Key responsibilitiesProgram leadership and governance- Lead large, complex programs made up of several workstreams, from initiation through delivery and closure.

- Build and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones and dependency maps.
- Track and manage risks, issues, assumptions and decisions (RAID), and escalate them early.
- Produce clear status reports, dashboards and executive updates for senior leaders.
Meetings, notes and follow-through- Schedule and run effective meetings, including steering committees, workstream syncs and stakeholder reviews, each with a clear agenda and outcome.
- Capture accurate notes, decisions and action items, and send them out promptly after each meeting.
- Own follow-up: assign actions, track them to closure and hold owners accountable for dates.
Technology lifecycle management and obsolescence- Apply Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) principles across the full lifecycle: planning, acquisition, deployment, maintenance and support, refresh, and retirement.
- Find and track hardware, software and platform assets that are nearing end of life, end of support or end of sale.
- Build obsolescence roadmaps, remediation plans and refresh schedules with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and application teams.
- Help evaluate risk, cost and business impact so leaders can prioritize upgrades, replacements and decommissioning.
- Keep lifecycle data accurate and support compliance with technology standards.
Data and ServiceNow program delivery- Manage projects with the Data teams, including data integration, reporting, analytics, data quality and migration work.
- Manage projects with the ServiceNow teams, including ITSM, ITOM and CMDB work, workflow automation, platform upgrades and new module rollouts.
- Turn business needs into clear requirements, scope and delivery plans that technical teams can act on.
- Use data from ServiceNow and the CMDB to support lifecycle tracking, asset visibility and program reporting.
AI-enabled productivity with Microsoft Copilot- Use Microsoft Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Loop as part of everyday work. Examples:
- Summarizing meetings, capturing decisions and drafting follow-up emails
- Creating presentations, status reports, charters and briefing documents
- Organizing tasks, building plans and tracking action items
- Analyzing data and producing insights for decision-making
- Share Copilot best practices and help the team adopt AI-assisted ways of working.
Required qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including leading large, multi-workstream technology programs.
- A track record of setting up program governance and running programs with senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Technology Lifecycle Management and technology obsolescence, such as EOL/EOS tracking, refresh planning and decommissioning.
- Hands-on experience managing Data projects and ServiceNow projects.
- Strong meeting facilitation, note-taking and action-tracking skills.
- Daily, confident use of Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 suite to create materials, organize work and plan.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to summarize complex topics for executives.
