Senior IT Program Manager (Federal Enclave)

We are seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise technology programs supporting a Federal Enclave environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with executive leadership, technical teams, cybersecurity professionals, and business stakeholders while driving high-impact initiatives critical to organizational success.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple enterprise technology initiatives from planning through execution.
- Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
- Provide executive-level reporting and program updates.
- Drive accountability across project teams and vendors.
- Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technical leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
- Experience supporting Federal Enclave, FedRAMP, government, defense, or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and security processes.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executives and technical teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
- Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, or FISMA.
- Background supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure programs, cybersecurity initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
