RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Product Manager with a strong finance background and expertise in agentic AI to lead the modernization of enterprise financial applications. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, and translate business needs into a product roadmap that delivers measurable value. The ideal candidate combines financial acumen, AI product knowledge, and hands-on product management experience to transform traditional applications into intelligent, user-friendly solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Product Strategy: Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for modernizing financial applications using AI
* Business Discovery: Lead stakeholder sessions to understand existing applications, financial workflows, business requirements, and opportunities for improvement
* Agentic AI Innovation: Identify opportunities to use AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and automation to improve financial analysis, profitability insights, and business decision-making
* Requirements & Backlog: Translate discovery findings into product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized development backlog
* Application Modernization: Partner with engineering, AI, data, and UX teams to develop modern interfaces and intelligent, AI-enabled workflows
* Product Delivery: Track milestones, communicate progress, manage priorities, and maintain visibility into product development
* Business Value: Define success metrics and measure improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, financial analysis, and user adoption
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
