Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Kansas City, MO that is looking for a Product Manager focused on building features and experiences that bring customers into the client's mobile application and encourage ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities:
* Lead squad ceremonies and processes as part of a multi-disciplinary software team, function as the product manager responsible for engagement-driving features; This includes leading ceremonies, being an integral part of the culture of the squad, and balancing the health of the squad
* Understand the customer act as the customer's voice within the product development process; Provide customer insight and prioritize with them in mind
* Prioritize the backlog support maintaining and prioritizing the squad backlog to balance new feature development, continuous improvement of existing features, and infrastructure updates
* Evaluate and manage performance regularly analyze and report on performance of features managed by the squad
* Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to support end-to-end delivery including operational leaders, marketing teams, legal and compliance teams, customer service, other squads, and external partners
* Continually discover engagement improvement ideas from internal sources, industry best practices, and customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of experience as a product owner, as a Product Manager or related field, launching digital products
* Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and financial services industries, particularly fintechs
* Experience building customer-facing features for financial products
* A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
* Industry expertise maintain strong understanding of the industry for consumer financial services applications through desk research, webinars and other sources
* Technical understanding and scoping develop epics, features, user stories, and roadmaps the squad's areas, working with your Product Lead and Technical Lead to understand dependencies and requirements
* Strong creative problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate ambiguity to provide solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
