Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Exploration

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in complex datasets
Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
Exposure to Healthcare and Patient Engagement Services exposure.
Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
Develop hypotheses and test them using appropriate analytical methods
Document findings and methodologies for knowledge sharing and reproducibility

Power BI Development & Reporting

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
Create compelling data visualizations that communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Implement DAX calculations and measures to support advanced analytics requirements
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience
Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions

Data Management

Work with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
Build and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and analysis workflows
Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources
Document data sources, definitions, and transformation logic

Collaboration & Communication

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven recommendations
Present findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices development
