Summary
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Exploration
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in complex datasets
- Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Exposure to Healthcare and Patient Engagement Services exposure.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Develop hypotheses and test them using appropriate analytical methods
- Document findings and methodologies for knowledge sharing and reproducibility
Power BI Development & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Create compelling data visualizations that communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Implement DAX calculations and measures to support advanced analytics requirements
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
Data Management
- Work with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and analysis workflows
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources
- Document data sources, definitions, and transformation logic
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven recommendations
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices development
