Summary

Oracle HCM Product Manager

Introduction:

As an Oracle HCM Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the needs of the business and its employees, and you will play a key role in driving the adoption and optimization of the platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Manage the product roadmap and prioritize feature development
Conduct acceptance testing to ensure the system meets quality standards
Provide training and support to end users
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Oracle HCM

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Knowledge of benefits administration processes
Experience with Oracle Journeys/Onboarding
Strong product management skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience with user acceptance testing
Excellent stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Oracle HCM
Experience with cloud computing technologies
