Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Product Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically supporting the Benefits and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Oracle HCM products throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with HR and IT stakeholders, and delivering scalable HCM solutions through continuous enhancement and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the organization''s Oracle HCM Cloud platform, with a primary focus on the Benefits and Onboarding modules.
  • Oversee the Oracle HCM product lifecycle, supporting employees from new hire onboarding through retirement.
  • Configure, implement, enhance, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with Oracle and internal Centers of Excellence to implement module enhancements and system improvements.
  • Coordinate database upgrades, system maintenance, and Oracle HCM product enhancements.
  • Manage and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs), including complex benefits configurations such as union benefits.
  • Partner with HR business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM capabilities and scalable technical solutions.
  • Support Benefits Administration, Onboarding/Journeys, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Compensation modules.
  • Ensure seamless integration with downstream HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems.
  • Lead Oracle HCM product roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and drive continuous process improvements through automation and system capabilities.
  • Support Agile delivery activities including backlog management, sprint planning, requirement refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release management.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM security, workflows, approvals, reporting, and integrations as needed.
  • Collaborate across HR, Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to balance strategic initiatives with operational support.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Technology supporting enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, enhancement delivery, and ongoing product management.
  • Expertise in:
    • Benefits Administration
    • Onboarding/Journeys
    • Talent Acquisition (Recruiting, Candidate Experience, Recruiting Operations)
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle from candidate application through onboarding, benefits enrollment, and ongoing employment.
  • Experience translating business requirements into Oracle HCM functionality.
  • Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence, IT teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Experience managing Oracle HCM roadmaps, product backlogs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting, security, workflows, approvals, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting complex benefits configurations, including union benefits.
  • Experience coordinating Oracle HCM upgrades and maintenance activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
