Role Overview
This position serves as a team lead for the Enterprise Applications team, facilitating collaboration with other groups. The role acts as the primary escalation authority for complex technical issues and requires expertise in cloud computing, systems engineering, and networking. This opportunity provides exposure to new technology in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Azure integrations and applications, ensuring Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) configurations align with business requirements.
- Architect, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including apps, flows, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and implement integrations with third-party software.
- Deploy system and infrastructure updates, document changes, and update configurations.
- Train and mentor staff on new tools, document best practices, and partner with system architects.
- Oversee projects involving vendor software and interface with business units to understand technical needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions and gather feedback for service refinement.
- Work with security engineers to identify and remediate system vulnerabilities.
- Lead multi-vendor escalations to resolve complex integration, messaging, identity, and cloud service issues.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Copilot Studio bots and AI-driven workflows.
Required Qualifications
Education:- A bachelor's degree is required.
Technical Skills:- Windows system and server administration.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Azure application permissions, Microsoft Graph API, app registrations, and secret lifecycle coordination.
- Experience architecting and integrating systems across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
- System Center Service Manager (SCSM) and Cireson Web Portal for SCSM.
- Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
- VMware vSphere.
- Microsoft SQL and Power BI.
- Power Platform development.
- VMware AirWatch.
- System Center Orchestrator.
- Copilot or equivalent large language models (LLMs).
- ManageEngine ADManager Plus and ADSelfService Plus administration.
- InformaCast.
Ideal Certifications:- AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
- DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals.
- SANS SEC500: Windows Security and PowerShell Automation.
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician.
- CompTIA Security+ or higher.
