Job Overview: The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects by guiding teams through the Scrum framework. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to foster collaboration and remove obstacles that may hinder progress.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Track and report on team performance metrics and project progress.
- Act as a servant leader to support the team in achieving their goals.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.

Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
