Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support ADMS initiatives within Grid Electric Operations.
The team is currently in Hypercare for the Kentucky ADMS environment and will transition into the next system upgrade, with potential to support ADMS upgrades across Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum and SAFe ceremonies and drive Agile delivery.
- Manage backlogs, sprints, dependencies, risks, and reporting in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Support ADMS upgrades, releases, Hypercare, and ongoing enhancements.
- Coordinate internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Track integration and API dependencies and drive issues through resolution.
- Ensure teams and vendors remain aligned to timelines and delivery commitments.
Qualifications
- Strong Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADO, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and Hypercare.
- Experience managing APIs, integrations, and vendor partners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Utility, electric grid, ADMS, or operational technology experience is preferred.
