Job Title: Secure M&A Divestiture Coordinator
Required Skills:
- Serve as the central coordinator across Security, IT, PMO and other stakeholders for all divestiture-related activities.
- Build and maintain divestiture runbooks
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans - tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Track and report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain resource tracking across workstreams - who is doing what and when.
- Facilitate status meetings and produce clear, concise status reports and dashboards.
- Ensure information security and compliance requirements are integrated throughout the separation process.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve issues and dependencies across teams.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve runbooks and processes for future transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management or coordination experience in IT, Information Security, or M&A contexts.
- Experience supporting divestitures, carve-outs, separations, or similar transactions preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
- Strong communicator - able to align diverse teams and report clearly to leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with information security concepts and compliance requirements.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
Work Site: Carrollton, TX or Conshohocken, PA
Duration: 6 Months
