15+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years leading managers and engineering organizations
Experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms
Strong background in distributed systems and modern architecture
Experience with cloud-based application environments
Proven success leading large cross-functional programs
Track record developing engineering managers and senior leaders
Experience improving engineering delivery and operational excellence
Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
