Role: AWS DevOps Engineer with Ansible and Terraform
Location: Hybrid Onsite Dallas TX, Jersey City NJ and Tampa FL
Duration : Long term
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation workflows for infrastructure and application configuration.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, and deployment activities across development, QA, and production environments.
- Build reusable and modular Terraform modules for cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Terraform state, workspaces, variables, providers, and remote backends.
- Develop Ansible roles and collections following automation best practices.
- Integrate Ansible and Terraform with CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and automate infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure environments. Work with Linux/Unix systems, networking, security groups, IAM, storage, compute, and cloud services.
Required Skills:
- 11 years of DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible
- Ansible Playbooks
- Roles and Collections
- Ansible Vault
- Inventory management
- Configuration management
- Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
- Terraform modules
