Role Overview Seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in payment systems within the banking domain. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing payment workflows, and supporting digital payment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Document requirements for payment products and transaction systems.
Analyze payment processes (cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, SWIFT,ACH).
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance payment platforms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Required Skills
Experience in banking payment systems and transaction flows.
Strong knowledge of payment gateways, clearing & settlement.
Proficiency in BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
