Role Overview Seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in payment systems within the banking domain. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing payment workflows, and supporting digital payment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Document requirements for payment products and transaction systems.

• Analyze payment processes (cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, SWIFT,ACH).

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance payment platforms.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Required Skills

• Experience in banking payment systems and transaction flows.

• Strong knowledge of payment gateways, clearing & settlement.

• Proficiency in BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
