About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud ERP along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation, rollout, migration, or production support.
- Knowledge of Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
- Experience with role-based access control and HCM security.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP integrations and third-party HR applications.
- Understanding of data privacy, HR compliance, and audit requirements.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are an advantage.
Key Deliverables
- Business requirements and functional design documents.
- Oracle HCM configuration and solution documentation.
- Data migration and integration validation.
- Test scripts, defect logs, and UAT sign-off.
- Deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support documentation.
- Quarterly update impact assessments and regression test results.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful delivery of implementation milestones.
- Configuration quality and compliance with business requirements.
- Reduction in production defects and recurring incidents.
- Accuracy and completeness of employee data.
- Timely resolution of service requests.
- Successful completion of quarterly update testing.
- Business stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption.
