Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits & Compensation Lead to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Compensation modules while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including Oracle Cloud implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits and Oracle Cloud Compensation modules.

• Benefit Programs and Plans

• Approval Workflows
• Experience with Oracle HCM Security, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Strong understanding of compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus planning, and stock awards.
• Experience integrating Oracle HCM with third-party benefits providers.
• Knowledge of payroll impacts and benefit deductions.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Previous experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, life events, enrollments, and compensation plans.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to define functional requirements.
• Configure compensation cycles, merit increases, bonus plans, and approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and BI Publisher reports.
• Support data conversion activities using HDL.
• Perform functional testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations.
• Create functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.
