Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll & Benefits Functional Expert (Fast Formula Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll & Benefits Functional Expert with strong expertise in Oracle Fast Formula to support assessment, optimization, and enhancement of the existing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits setup. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle Payroll processes, Benefits configuration, and extensive hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze the current Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits configuration.
• Review, validate, and optimize existing Payroll and Benefits setups to align with business requirements.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, and other HCM modules.
• Provide recommendations for improving payroll processing efficiency, compliance, and system performance.
• Configure, test, and support Payroll and Benefits enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Perform impact analysis for configuration changes and formula modifications.
• Support payroll cycle testing, regression testing, and UAT activities.
• Develop functional specifications and documentation for system changes.
• Work closely with technical teams and Oracle support to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong functional expertise in:
  • Oracle Payroll Cloud
  • Oracle Benefits Cloud
  • Payroll Processing & Payroll Configuration
  • Payroll Balances, Elements, and Eligibility
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formula development, review, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience assessing existing payroll solutions and providing functional recommendations.
• Strong understanding of payroll integrations, payroll interfaces, and reporting.
• Experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide functional design solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Compensation modules.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience working in global payroll environments, especially US payroll.
• Prior consulting or advisory experience in Oracle HCM transformations.
