Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards to lead and manage comprehensive HCM implementations and integrations

Job Description

Lead the design configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules including Data Loader Payroll Interface Time and Labor and Benefits Cloud Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules with existing systems Utilize expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management and Testing to enhance solution quality and performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Cloud HCM landscape to optimize workforce rewards processes Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities to meet organizational goals and compliance requirements Mentor and support junior consultants in technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases and best practices ensuring adoption of innovative solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
• Manage integration points such as Data Loader Payroll Interface Time and Labor and Benefits Cloud
• Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Benefits processes
• Oversee testing activities including functional and regression testing to validate system configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to empower clients and internal teams
• Drive quality assurance and compliance adherence throughout project lifecycles
• Lead workshops and client meetings to communicate project status risks and mitigation strategies
• Support presales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations related to Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards
