Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards to lead and manage comprehensive HCM implementations and integrations

responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
- Manage integration points such as Data Loader Payroll Interface Time and Labor and Benefits Cloud
- Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Benefits processes
- Oversee testing activities including functional and regression testing to validate system configurations and customizations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to empower clients and internal teams
- Drive quality assurance and compliance adherence throughout project lifecycles
- Lead workshops and client meetings to communicate project status risks and mitigation strategies
- Support presales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations related to Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards
