Senior Survey CAD Tech for our operations in the Danbury, Connecticut area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects!
What is the opportunity?The Senior Survey CADD Technician is drafting and assisting Designers and Coordinators with subdivision and site documents for field construction.
What are the primary responsibilities?- Draft plot plans
- Draft marketing plans
- Draft foundation as-builts
- Draft Condo Floor Plans
- Create Exhibits
- Create Final Houseline and Site As Builts
- Drafting Easement Plans
- Drafting Record Plats or Subdivision Plans
- Mentor less experienced Cad Techs

QualificationsDoes this describe you?Ability to take direction, teach younger cad techs and learn additional cad and survey skills
Do you have these qualifications?- Knowledge of AutoCad
- 10+ years of experience in the field or a related area
The salary for this position is $32.00 - $41.00 per hour
