Pay Rate: $46.06/hour
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (4 days onsite Monday-Thursday)

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer who enjoys turning innovative ideas into real-world products? We are seeking a Feature Systems Software Developer to support the design, development, and launch of advanced technology features. Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Systems Engineering experience
- Minimum 3 years supporting software development for embedded systems
- Experience developing system requirements, feature specifications, and system architectures
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering V-Model methodology
- Experience with DFMEA, verification planning, and requirements management
- Ability to collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, and integration teams
- Automotive industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Develop system architectures and feature requirements
- Create functional specifications for software implementation
- Support products from concept through production launch
- Develop engineering documentation, verification plans, and traceability records
- Evaluate functional safety and cybersecurity impacts
- Participate in technical discussions and engineering decision-making
- Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to solve complex problems
- Support Model-Based Systems Engineering activities and logical architecture development
